Hi Gary, Unfortunately, I'm afraid allot of Alchemy's former customers are going to say the same thing. It was too long ago, i didn't keep records, etc. As a result I will have to remove them from pre-order status if they can not offer proof of purchase, and their records are not in the files I got from James. What amazes me though with the number of ways to back up those records like cd burners, thumb drives, floppy disks, whatever they didn't back them up before getting a new computer or upgrading the operating system. One would think you guys would have tried to use something to store those records in a safe place. Now, granted I understand cd burners were less common back then do to price, thumb drives were expensive back then, etc but there was always some means of storing it even if it was an old floppy.
