Hello Mathew I'm still struggling with this one. I use MS word for the magazine. While it all looks trim in the open document, when I attempt to cut and paste, then after going through mail there are many more blank lines then in the original. I'm certainly keeping that in mind as it's been mentioned before. I'm not sure what else I can try however. If anyone knows I'd appreciate the know-how.
