No. The open Mary TTS engine is a Java based text to speech system. It is not based on the Microsoft Sapi 5 technology. open Mary seams to be designed as a multiplatform speech system for Mac, Windows, and Linux and can't afford to be tied to a very specific speech technology such as Sapi 5. As a general rule of thumb if the application is not Sapi 5 compatible and it is not listed in the list available voices in your game or system voices then it is not compatible with all Windows applications, including accessible games, and can't be used as the default system voice.
