nope not a blind thing. He just tests lots of programs every month and 
compares their ease of use, if they're free or not, etc. There are lists of 
best freeware programs and I've found some interesting programs I've never 
come across. You can always subscribe to the free newsletter and check it 
out. the premium has lots more content, and it's only $10 a year. he 
publishes an issue each month.
