Hi Bryan, Exactly my point. A ship such as Defiant requires a different strategy than does the Enterprise. You need to know both the ship's strengths and weakness in combat. The defiant is fast, small, light manuverable, has awesome phaser power, a cloaking device, and can handle herself well in a one on one fight. However, the ship's great weakness is do to the ship's size it can't carry many quantum and photon torpedoes at a time. The other ships, like Enterprise, are a little slower, no cloak, but they carry the most firepower in the game. Other than the Borg they are the most powerful and well shielded ships in the galaxy. You can really use them to slug it out with the enemy.
