Thanks for reminding me of those games.
Carl Mickla and I worked on them when our company was Personal Computer 
Systems.
When Carl left the company to work for IBM, I changed the name to PCS Games.
A year ago Carl was thinking about doing an on-line version of Panzers with 
another programmer but that guy backed out.
I am planning on a Windows version of Cops as my next game release.
It will use the GMA game engine and will be like the second level of Tank 
Commander but with the added feature that you can get out of your police 
car, walk around and go into buildings chasing criminals.
