Hi Nicol, On the contrary I rather like the fact that Super Deecout has unlimited levels and game play. It reminds me of classic Atari 2600 games like Space Invaders, Asteroids, Galaxian, Demon Attack, that kept throwing enemies at you until you died. By the general tone and nature of your message I get the impression you have little to know experience with classic arcade games. The concept behind a game with unlimited levels is a game you can't beat so you try your best to get as far as you can go and get the best score humanly possible. For example, back in the mid 1980's I remember my mom and I tried to see who would have the better score on Demon Attack. I can remember us setting the game up for two player mode and blasting our way up through level 50 or so. Each of us were good, and I lost because I jinked the wrong way and got bombed into the next world. The thing about games like that were so fun as the enemies kept getting harder, faster, and deadlier that it took total control and experience to get very far into those games. If you reached a very high level of game play you would get huge score bonuses that made everyone else want to top you or die in the process of trying. <Grin> Even in one on one games there was some thrill in trying to get a better score than your last game. If you got whiped out with only 50000 points your next game you will play until you have 50001 points.
