What's so strange about that? All he asked was if it was possible to develop such a game. The only problem, and a rather considerable one as I see it, is the issue of copyright laws. You'd have to get permission from whoever owns the rights to Batman, a feat which is probably well beyond the resources of any blind person unless he happens to be fairly rich.
