Hmmm nickle I'm confused.

as with any game, it's just practice in targiting and shooting, and nothing 
to do with saving. If you saved after every successful hit on an enemy, you 
might have trouble in level 9 sinse your not used to a propper fight, but 
imho that would be far more trouble than it'd be worth anyway.

Personally I save just outside the elivator, and perhaps mid way through in 
longer levels such as area 3.

Hmmm, all this chat about shades make me want to re play it again, ---- so I 
think I will.
