You do realize, don't you, that you seem to have the worst possible problems to seek help for? These aren't issues that can easily be duplicated so you can't expect to get an answer easily. It could be a problem with the BSC score server or your connection, but again it's not easy to trace since you seem to be the only one having issues. The bottom line is just, if there is something wrong with my connection or ISP the game should instead say: sorry, there was a problem submitting your score, please try again later" not "sorry, your score is too low.
