Hi Louis, Actually, Python can use any C/C++ shared library under Linux. You have to write a Python wrapper for the lib you want to use, and then call your wrapper in your Python application. It is a rather advanced topic and aspect of Python and isn't something you are likely to get out of a document for newbies and beginners. Cheers.
