1. They are for the ps3 and ps2.
2. Yes, they are accessible, if you have the patience to learn it.
3. You do need the guitar and drum controllers, the regular controllers are
only for vocals which you would need a mic for.

In terms of Audio games, I'm trying to beat my Troopanum 2 score from way
back that I can't remember right now. Above 600000 if I remember right.
But
I'm more focussed on Mainstream games and unlocking songs and outfits and
the rest in rock band and rock band 2.
