I've also detected hang-ups here, but not necessarily related to the view
command. It seems to happen when there's a lot for the tts to say, and
therefore, a lot of tts sounds in the buffer?
Specs:
Intel Core 2 e6750 (2.66 GHZ) CPU,
2 GB of PC-6400 RAM
Realtec sound card,
Windows XP Home with SP3

I did indeed see a similar issue but, after I put Jaws For Windows to
sleep,
I did not have any problems. However, I've only played the game for 15
minutes so will continue testing.

Hmm... I'll have to look into that further. Perhaps just a little CPU
intensive for some systems. I'll need system specs for those having
problems
to see if this is a hardware related thing or a software related thing.

first room, for example. If you're standing near the rope, when it
tries to tell you where the stone statue is, it either foregoes
direction entirely and just tells you the distance, or makes the
