hmmm you probably have to check with your local uni.
However from what I got when I tried there was c++, c# and vb dotnet maybe vb6.
However it was quite visual, or rather the requirements to get to those courses
included graphic courses and advanced spreadsheating and was part of a diploma.
Which was why I didn't get at those in the end.
Which was a pitty, I started with a certificate in business, and among the
courses were pascal programming with free pascal and dev pascal.
there is probably dev c ++ it was made by bloodshed software
think it is at www.bloodshed.net
Anyway after that I got in java then operating systems.
Which was almost over my league because of trying to find accessible linux
distros, at that point I had not got access to sound card type distros.
Going back to your question though, with one of the courses, I think pascal I
almost dropped out because of the fact I couldn't find an accessible frontend
to freepascal.
In the os course I had to go through it at the last minute because of
accessibility.
In fact I was ready just to drop it entirely.
As it was since transcription services were so slow if the books for that were
not done in the uni I probably would drop the course.
As it was I spent half a sumester trying to get accessible stuff.
I ended up carrying around 2 systems and a half busted dectalk.

Back to your question and off this rambling you may find it easier downloading
something from the net and havking a crack yourself.
If you are able to take the courses you want thats fine.
You may have to do other things before you get to the place you want to go, the
first part is probably going to be easy to almost but not quite undoable.
Over that you may have some big obstacle courses which are visual.
and core if you can't buypass them then its probably a no go, but you will need
to ask.
I decided to try a couple years ago.
But after my issues with uni my drive went out of programming.
I do not have any interest in programming or touching a language as long as I
live, at least for now.
