Hi. yep, you are missing a depenndency. Vista has that dependency, windows7 doesn't. I had the same problem. when you upgraded desktop to win7 from vista, it kept the vista stuff installed, which means you were already set and ready to go. You're still missing some sort of dependency for win7. Just not sure what to tell you it is.
