Hi.
First, I'd personally advise buying a liquid, flora or gas extractoor, sinse
water, rice and oxygen are often needed resources, and don't take much
survey skill to use.
On the extraction front, what resources you can extract is entirely
dependent upon your survey skill, ---- and other than basic ore, there's not
too much you can do with a metal extractor at low levels.
If you want resources for missions, ---- try asking on the chat, look at the
general buyers' markit, see what the base price is, and offer a reasonable
mark up.
You can only post a gbm contract for 100 units or more, ---- but you can
always ask for a smaller quantity of something in chat, ---- so long as you
offer a reasonable deal.
As to resource offices, well that's another advantage of doing hawlage or
passenger missions, ---- you can explore the galaxies and see what's out
there.
If you'd rather get some information first though, just check out
http://www.cedb.co.uk/ you can get a list of exactly what's where, and
search for specific types of things there.
hth.
Beware the grue!

Subject: [Audyssey] Question on Extractors
Hi all,
Well, I'm looking into buying a personal extractor. I currently have one
mining drone which really doesn't do me any good at all as I want to
complete these missions as quick as possible, but I'm wondering. Is there
an extractor that can survey Ore? If so, I'll save enough to buy a few of
them. I'm guessing it'd be metal the one I'd buy, but not sure on that.
Also, since I'm near Kelci at the moment looking at extractors on the
player market, how can I find the planets with resource offices without
randomly jumping to systems trying to find them?
Thanks.
