Have you thought of doing Window-eyes scripts? Or, have you tried it with System Access? I would love to be a part of the league but I do not own Jaws.

The Liberty League for the blind playing Strat is using a more current league year. As we go, for this league, since it does take time to get to speed with just the game and learning the many Jaws Hot keys I designed for the game. It's worth the money for the game and time to learn, as Strat is the best Baseball sim on the market. With 1000 computer gamers of the game that include famous baseball players and announcers.
