its not a virus, its the chinese installer. if you turn off avast then install the game it will work fine. there was an installer round i made of nop but its not up there anymore fright now maybeone someone has it but minesweeper will have the same result. I have made the author aware of innosetup though so maybe he will change his installer at some point.
