Well, they call it kendo. lol. Not sure how accurate that is to the real martial art, but it looks fun anyway. I can't wait to get my hands on this one either. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bryan Peterson" <bpeterson2...@cableone.net>

Hmmm, sword fighting eh? I'd definitely be interested to try that one.

I just got a Wii for my birthday. I've not tried the vi-fit stuff, but
the Wii sports is fairly playable, and Sports Resort, the sequal, has
games that are even more playable, including a wonderful sword
fighting simulation that keeps my arms pretty tired.

The only thing about the games is that the results of your actions are
not very clear. In bowling, knocking over six pins sounds a lot like
knocking over nine pins sounds a lot like knocking over all ten,
except that there's an announcement when all ten are down, depending
on whether you get a strike or a spare.

I'm going to have to go check these games out, but before I do, I have
to say that I hope that they haven't lessened the games to make them
accessible. Here's to success, eh?

Hi Shaun,
Ummmm...It isn't necessary to explain your entire life to us in such
detail why or why not you can or can't do something. The fact that
your desk is full, for example, has nothing to do witht the topic at
hand. That effects you personally, not the rest of us, so I'm not sure
why you bother mentioning it to the list?
Not to get on your case, but I have seen a number of these types of
posts from you, and I often wonder why you go on and on about
something that has nothing useful to add to a certain topic. It is
always something like my computer needs fixed, my desk is full, or
something else that just doesn't add anything constructive to the
topic at hand. Please, try and be a little more constructive in your
posts.

Thanks.

true josh.
however I am not going out just to buy a wiemote for one or 2 games
that use it.
I do have bluetooth but honestly havn't bothered using it even with
devices that run it.
its tied in with my wireless card and to have wireless on when not
needing it on the wlan is a bit risky just for the bluetooth which I don't
use.
I have a force ffb stick here that I got back in the day when we were
supposed to be using it.
I didn't and its languishing in a dusty corner.
not that I could have anything else here anyway.
with the 2 storage drives, my laptop, mic, cds and a load of other
things here using space on the desk there is just no room for any
extra things like gaming devices.
I have a fouse which works for railracer here which was only 30 odd
bucks however thats all.
So other than the keyboard and mouse I don't really think I can fit
anymore on this here desk.
at any rate I am trying to get my life away from the gaming community.
ie get a job or something.
As you may imagine although I will still stay here and play games I
really don't want to buy more than is necessary to play games, its
not a fulltime thing.
