Hi Nicol, It wasn't Lucas Arts but someone who use to work for Utopia who found out I was creating Montezuma's Revenge. After all Lucas Arts never owned rights to that game, but Utopia apparently does. Whatever the case I am sure it wasn't too difficult to find out. A quick google search of Montezuma's Revenge would have braught up the USA Games website as well as several posts from the Audyssey mailing list. So at any rate some interested parties from Utopia ended up beginning making an issue of it, and I closed down the project to stay clear of any possible legal rangling over that game.
