Hi Nicol, Hmmm...Yes and no. The game is a part of the fighting genre so if you are good at memorizing things and have figured out the various moves etc in theory anyone who is blind can learn to play it. However, it isn't accessible in the sense everything is speech friendly, there are special queues for the blind, etc. You would probably require some sighted assistance at first to get the hang of the game. Plus this is a console game, not a PC game, so if you aren't use to playing console games in general that would up your learning curve somewhat.
