Just a reminder. This is a topic I can't solve on my own. Any help would be helpful.
To refresh, I can't start a Top Speed server on either one of my Windows XP machines. They are fully updated to the latest specification and the only constantly running programs are Microsoft Security Essentials and Skype. I've tried it with my firewall, from Windows, on and off. I've created exceptions for the Top Speed program and the Microsoft DirectPlay server on both machines. I really could use some help.
