If you have downloaded and tried the game out you go to,

You will find a field called User code.
You should have run the demo to get this number.
If you haven't downloaded the game, go to,
http://download.draconisentertainment.com/software.php
It is 172MB
After you have installed the game you also should download and install the
Sarah-Patch4.exe if you haven't yet from
http://www.pcsgames.net/downloads.htm
