Really don't see a problem with this. Like you said if they come NP, but that is also left up to those that run the chat. Ever here of a delete key? I use it a lot on about 40 different lists. Not everything I reed and that is where that key comes in handy. I don't grip about it, because i got that key and someone just might want to know. So try using it!
