I hate that thing. Only reason I have it enabled at all is that for
whatever reason when I turn it off WIndow-Eyes won't load automatically.

Hi,
the only thing i can think of is maybe you have something like User
Account Control enabled. That might prevent you from writing to the
Data/Saved/ directory. The save game feature has never failed me once
during testing.
