They were also on sapi 5 for windows xp. Unfortunately sapi is the only way
I can use them on Vista.

You should be able to remove the voices from add remove programs though in
xp at least with a regedit you could remove them from the voice list in
the speech engines section but I have forgotten how, i had to do that once
on a system I mangled.
Though it took half an hour which is how long it would take me to reformat
and restore from the network drive.
And since I keep that updated and backups every 6 months well.
Hi all,
I have gotten Microsoft Mike and Marry voices on my Windows 7 machine,
and
neither of them will work. When I cycle through voices in games such as
Jim
Kitchen's, when cycling past these voices, the games crash. Does anyone
know
of a way to remove or at least disable these voices?
