Hi, No, that is not correct. Windows XP ships with SAPI 5.1. Windows Vista ships with SAPI 5.3, and Windows 7 ships with 5.4. Honestly, please, do a little research before passing on incorrect information like this.
As for Mike, Mary, and Sam they are available for SAPI 4.0, 5.0, and 5.1, but were discontinued and rendered incompatible with 5.3 and later. Thanks.
