Odd, but it makes sense. I check mine between seeing people and signing
them up to receive Workforce services and creating online resumes for them,
but don't do so as much as I used to. I'm going back and forth between my
personal laptop and the company laptop, swapping cables to and from a
docking station when doing so. I usually eat my lunch, and then check
personal Emails when remaining time allows. I have an hour lunch break, and
work from 8 to 5 Mondays through Fridays. Had to go to stores and stuff
yesterday, so today was spent goofing around on the PC and listening to a
baseball game on the iPhone during the very much needed rainstorm we got.

Actually quite seriously the reason I send so many E-mails is that not
only do I do it naturally, but when I'm working on my thesis, if I want a
break after doing quite a bit of writing, I check my mail and comment
back.
So the net result is I actually check my mail more when i'm working ;D.
