Might I suggest you check www.audiogames.net, and www.pcsgames.nett for game
details.
The only audio rpgs I know about are entombed, and Airik the clerric, though
sadly sinse they stil! haven't finished the xp version i've not got to play
it.
You can find that on http://pawlosoft.webs.com/airiksupport.htm
There are many online brouser based rpgs, pluss muds, and some old doss
games, for those I suggest checking the game databases mentioned.

Hi, Gamers,
About a month ago someone posted an email about a totally blind accessible
rpg. I realize that doesn't help much, but I just can't remember the
name. I can't remember if it was an online rpg or not, but I accidentally
deleted that email, and before I realized what I had done, I emptied my
deleted items folder.
Does anyone still have that email message or has the name of that rpg and
a link to it?
