Hi Quentin,

Well, the problem I have with putting that information in the message
footer is that often times that information goes unread. For example,
every single message sent out on the Audyssey List gives the
information on how to unsubscribe from the list, but I can't tell you
how many times the moderators have been asked "how do I unsubscribe
from the list?"

I don't know if they just don't read down far enough to see it, or
they've seen it so many times that they ignore it and forget what it
actually says over time. Either way the answer is there in plane sight
both in the welcome message and in the message footer of each post and
it still goes unnoticed. Although, we might want to put this
information in multiple places, because in my experience some people
are just lazy. They don't want to take time looking up things on their
own unless its easy to find and quickly available. I might talk to
Raul and see if he'll give me access to the website so I can add some
useful information like this to the home page where it would be easy
to find and immediately available to anyone who does a quick search of
the ?Audyssey site.

Cheers!
