Hi Tim, Define magic in this context. As the main character will be an archeologist he or she wouldn't possess magic. The existants of spirits doesn't necessarily hint at magic either as many cultures believe that we have souls that live on after we die that really doesn't require magic. Although, the fact there are skeletons wandering around trying to kill you would definitely lean towards some supernatural power at work. :D
