I plaed with a mouse on my son's computer a few times and honestly, it's
much clunkier than the track pad. I really want to buy a trak pad for my
big computer--wish they sold them.

The trackpad works fine for me, I wouldn't even think of playing the game
with a standard mouse. Just experiment and you should end up getting a
pretty natural feel for it.
