Hi Trouble, Yeah, that sure sounds like it. You submit your notes, storyline, game ideas to this person through an Excel spreadsheet and he ends up doing all the coding, compiling, app signing, and submits it to the Apple store.That's not the same thing as doing it yourself which is the objective here.
