Hi Greg, Strange. The only thing I can figure here is that there is something wrong with the RSSolo.cab file. Including my own testing of the new setup file a number of people have wrote back saying that it worked fine for them. So I'm inclined to believe the msi file I created isn't the problem and the problem is likely to do with a damaged cab file on your end.
What I'd do if yI were you is find your Ealspeak Solo installation cd and recopy the RSSolo.cab file to a temp directory as discussed in the documentation and try the setup again. Perhaps when you copied the RSSolo.cab file the first time it didn't properly copy or it copied with errors. Cheers!
