Hi Phil, Yeah, that is always possible. Of course that is one reason why people should read the instructions provided with the setup as it specifically states that you have to copy the RSSolo.cab file from your Realspeak Solo disc to a temporary location, copy the patched msi file into the same directory, and then run setup. If people fail to read the instructions in the Readme file then its their own fault if it doesn't work. However, Greg's problem could be something else other than failure to follow the directions correctly, and I don't want to jump to conclusions without knowing more. :D
