Hi Allen,

That was strange. I noticed that myself. Normally it should just be
something like some_file.tar not some_file.tar.tar. It is possible
Internet Explorer or Firefox added the double tar extention by
accident when downloading or there was a typo on the uploader's part.
Either way I'm sure the double tar was a weird accident of some kind.
