Hi, Thanks both for the answers, I have found the file right clicked then selected run as administrator and it has then copied some files and taken me back to the swamp folder. I then click the swamp application folder, it then brings up the run option which I click and again I get nothing happen. Any other ideas what it might be? On a long shot I turned off my security program to see if that was blocking it but still nothing, I don't even get any error messages and I have just downloaded the swamp file from jeremy's site to make sure it is the most recent version
