iirc, a perfect minion will gain at least 100 hp at full clev
and it will raise the ghoul damroll by at least 2 or 3
not to mention ac and hitroll
same for all other minions

since your a necro my tips are
learn the prepare ghoul skill
and use a ghoul a wood woad or metal construct, and skeletal
warriors and
mages
also spend your combat points on prepare ghoul imho since it
drasticly ups
the damage they can do
also try demonic familiars like dark said
