John, nesting events hasn't been tested at all, so I'd recommend avoiding it. I might eventually get around to adding support for that, but right now it wasn't in the plan. If it does work, it's by sheer coincidence, and I'm sure there are all sorts of odd situations when it wouldn't work as expected.
