hi,what is the preferred way to autostart/shutdown an instance on node startup/shutdown in ganeti? i havent found something in the docs yet. i read that ganeti-watcher restarts an instance if needed but if i've used gnt-instance shutdown the instance is marked as ADMIN_down and not automatically started from ganeti-watcher.
