What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Init cluster with --no-lvm-storage
2. create and instance using hail
3. hail fails because it gets None instead of int for vg_size/free
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
MakeLegacyNodeInfo() returns None for vg_size and vg_free instead of 0 in
case of --no-lvm-storage
