detect StandAlone DRBD resources.

'gnt-cluster verify-disks' does not detect the problem either. It will
activate the DRBD resource on the secondary, but it doesn't detect that the
primary are not synced and are stuck in StandAlone. On the primary:
root@vhip2:/home/mitchell# gnt-cluster verify-disks
Submitted jobs 4908
Waiting for job 4908 ...
No disks need to be activated.
root@vhip2:/home/mitchell# drbd-overview
0:??not-found?? StandAlone Primary/Unknown UpToDate/DUnknown r-----
One the secondary:
root@vhip1:/home/mitchell# drbd-overview
0:??not-found?? StandAlone Secondary/Unknown UpToDate/DUnknown r-----
