Currently Ganeti only checks in veriy-disks if the underlying logical
volumes are active. If they are not, they get re-activated which happens to
fix DRBD volumes as well. In order to also support the detection of volumes
in StandAlone state, we can't build on the current logic.
As we are already in RC-state for 2.7, and because of the big LU-related
changes in 2.8, I'll retarget this to 2.8
