New issue 466 by [email protected]: Chroot builder does not properly set
the PATH

All the required tools are installed by the chroot builder but it does not
set the PATH variable, so some of them (like shelltest) are not properly
detected by the configure script.
If the user mounts it's own user dir, then the scripts in there are likely
to set the PATH properly, but it should be already set even without this
step.
