We allow certain parameters to be overridden on different levels - cluster,
node, instance, group, etc.
Should a user want to remove an override of the more general settings, this
can be done by supplying the value "default". With more and more users
asking about how to achieve this, we should document this behavior better.
Right now, there is but one mention of it in the gnt-cluster page, and we
should spread it out to other man pages, and the rapi man page.
