guys-

i just checked in all the ganglia documentation to make it easier for us
to update the docs.

i've taken out all the execution documentation for gexec because i found
it confused people. i'll put all the execution docs in the separate
location.

i've been working to get the documents more up to speed with all the
changes that we've been making. feel free to update the documentation if
you feel like it but most developers hate documenting things so i
understand if you don't.

the documentation is all in docbook sgml form.. if you want to learn
docbook (i highly recommend it) then take a look at
http://matt-massie.com/docbook/docbook.html

you will need to have Jade or OpenJade installed in order to process the
sgml and turn it into HTML or PDF or Man or PS or Texi or whatever.

i've include the stylesheet in the CVS as well that i'm using. it's taken
from the linux documentation project but i've made my own customization to
it.

also, if any of you are killing web developers and want to update the look
of the ganglia page .. developers can access it by logging into
shell.sf.net and the look in /home/groups/g/ga/ganglia/htdocs. i prefer
that you send me a quick email and let me see the changes before you make
them.. say take a look at http://ganglia.sourceforge.net/index2.php or
something like that.

i want you guys to know that i'm grateful for all the hard work especially
Preston Smith, Steve Wagner, Federico Sacerdoti and Matt Rice. i've
highlighted your work in the docs. the ChangeLog of course displays your
kick ass contributions too!

-matt
