It's probably a sever-side issue. I can duplicate the problem, and there are a number of people having trouble of various sorts: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=browse&group_id=1&atid=200001 My guess is that a partition filled up on the SVN server, or perhaps some sort of quota or permissions problem.
