Hi all, I have been having some problem with Gmetad. I have installed the program and it seems to work fine. I specified both the sources and trusted_host files and I start up the gmetad daemon.
% sudo gmetad 127.0.0.1 xxx.xxx.xx.33 xxx.xxx.xx.42 xxx.xxx.xx.34 xxx.xxx.xx.36 xxx.xxx.32.118 % I went back to my machine (xxx.xxx.32.118) and try to get the data from the Gmetad % telnet gmetad_host 8651 Trying xxx.xxx.xx.xx... Connected to gmetad_host. Escape character is '^]'. Connection closed by foreign host. % What is wrong? My machine ip address is inside the trusted host. Any hints or clarification is greatly appreciated Martin W. Margo
