[Ganglia-general] changing name of hosts

Hi list:

What would be involved in changing the hostname of a host currently 
being reported in ganglia?  I am talking about the data being stored by 
rrdtools in /var/lib/ganglia/rrdtools.

An example is right now we have a box that is reporting its IP address 
instead of the hostname - I guess after we 'fix' this issue (so that it 
reports the hostname instead of the ip address), it would be nice to be 
able to keep the stats - is it as simple as renaming the directory?
