Hi There. I'm wondering if any of you can offer advice on:
a) how to determine the maximum total size of rrds for a cluster nodes using a single gmetad daemon. I know this depends on the number of metrics...anyone got a decent formula? b) A solid way of providing remote access to the rrds so I can use a dedicated machine to host the web frontend pages. I'm concerned about synchronization issues!! One solution would be to run gmetad on a host that wrote the rrds to its local filesystem which it then nfs exported as read-only. ---- Yemi
